Kindled it yesterday & it is a very good read so far . Always wondered why we ran,climbed ,skied ,etc. instead of the other stuff .Take a look .

It is an interesting book. He put in years of research, so some of it is pretty technical. Other parts are just good insightful writing.

I am, when conditions line up correctly, going to name a route "Paradoxical Reactor" though, I don't usually appear to be one.
