A friend and I are looking to make a trip to Yosemite. We are from Portland and have never been before. We were wondering if it is to early to go or if we'd be alright?

Any help would be appreciated. Is the rock still to cold? Are there any other people climbing yet? We want to leave tomorrow and climb Wednesday and Thursday, because the weather report shows sun.

Just look at the webcams (during daylight hours) to see what it's like:

Lots of people are climbing.
It's getting kinda hot in the sun, actually.
Here's the weather forecast:

Looks wet for the weekend.
I'm not sure it's worth the drive from Portland for just 2 days of climbing.
But if you are on spring break and don't have other good options,
well I've driven from SF to Smith Rock for a weekend....
