You are a lucky man to have a daughter who wants to do good. She is lucky to have a family who raised her that way.

Words that seep the notion that Micah has developed a deep personal faith as well as relating what faith provides and the load it carries. You should be proud for her!

We can all disagree on many things, however, love for daughters and sons is something that we can all agree on. Kudos.

Thank you all SO much for your kinds words here! (limpingcrab....Micah's support letter has been forwarded to you...THANKS!)

Micah was only 7 years old when we first went down to Ecuador to work at our orphanage. Her gift with children was evident then....every baby wanted to be with her, and she was never without one in her arms.

Since then, whenever I head down there, Micah would drop whatever she was doing to go along...her passion for orphaned children is truly a gift from God!

In Mozambique, she will be attending an intensive Bible school, living on campus with 300 other young adults. While there, the school also trains students in their particular area of gifting. Micah will be working with orphaned children in the vicinity of the school.

Since that first trip to Ecuador, Micah's heart has been to love on the children of Third World nations. She is comfortable in environments that would make most people uncomfortable.

She lives her faith like she climbs...boldly!

We could not be more proud of her!

There are certainly many children in this world that need love, the touch of another human, a caring heart.

Spread the love not the hate.

What a great young life you have fostered Cragman! Parenting can be so challenging at times, but at the same time so easy if you just love, love, love, which clearly you have done.

But not to take away from her own individuality that she was blessed with, regardless of who her mentors were/are.

Thanks again for all the kinds words here....

Micah is such an amazing young woman. Her mother deserves most of the credit. The few things I've mentored her in, she was a natural anyway....she didn't need much from me.

It has been an awesome journey...watching her grow. Seems like just yesterday we were driving her home from the Bishop Hospital as a she's off to Eastern Africa.

She'll take my heart with her.

She's following what an awesome Dad taught her. Good for you, Dean. I know how proud this must make you.

And good for Micah!!

EDIT: And give her awesome Mom and big hug.
