The West is a big ol place. Where are you heading?
What kind of back pack do you need? What size, what purpose?
I have an older Osprey big pack that would be available.
But you'd probably have to venture into the "Bubble" to get it.
But then, last time I checked, there is still a little climbing out here

When are you headed out? Can't offer you a place to crash, but I have a quiver of backpacks I need to thin out. What are you looking for in terms of capacity and size?

Gonna work a week, make a hundred dollars, ahhh and hit the road again. So I don't won't you to think, your the first one to leave this ol' boy out here on his own, cause this ain't gonna be the first time this ol' coybow has spent the night alone.

Niiiiice!, saw Marshal Tucker at an outdoor concert in Mississippi in 1974. I was standing next to and leaning on the stage. Got to watch their lead guitar player (name?), play those amazing leads using his big thumbnail for a pick.

I agree Mr. Donini! I put in a resume in WY today, also San Jose. I would love to have a job to go to rather than just wander around looking...

Gotta place to crash in SLC for a week or so. Firing out resumes all over. Signed up for unemployment so I'll have at least some cash to run on from week to week until a job comes up.

That's the latest. Any news on I.T. jobs would be appreciated.

Arrived in SLC last night. I did some hiking with friends up in the mountains this afternoon, and going to look for a temp gig tomorrow. And so, the commitment has been made. No backing off now....

You are perfectly correct Randisi....I am from the East. Great rock but not so great weather. Much more rain and humidity as well as nasty insects.

Searching for work in the SLC area.... don't need to get stranded here. In fact, if anyone has any idea of jobs in the region, I could manage to get there. Any ideas would be GREATLY appreciated.
