Steve, I find this hard to believe. While some entrances to Russ Walling may be closed and locked down, I wouldn't be surprised if those in the know are able to find an unguarded "backdoor" entry.
OK, I waited a day for someone who actually knows the man to make this joke, but no one stepped up to the plate so someone had to do it.
