Baloney. "Melt".
Tropical places are fairly constant. It's hot all the time. Damp, too.
I dug Thailand. Most of the time I had NO idea where I was. Had a freakin' BLAST. Best folks around. Super nice. At least, that's my experience.
Cheers!

I was there last year with my climbing buddy. We did a lot of diving, including a week-long liveaboard dive cruise up the Thai coast to Myanmar.

Phuket and Krabi are the places the stay.

The is some really good diving out of Phuket and the Phi Phi Islands, and really great climbing in Krabi. The wreck dives in the area are spectacular.

If you stay in Krabi, some dive operators will pick you up from there, too. You just gotta wade out into the water to get to the boat.

Man, doing Thailand after China is gonna be a shock to the senses.

What SLR^^^ said. I think she may have to change airports in BKK from International to Local.

Best to get Beta on Thorn Tree.

Nice photos, as usual, SLR
