I don't agree with Ron Paul on everything but give him major respect and kudos for getting some critical issues right that the other pussy politicians are too chicken to even mention
Too bad he ran on the GOP ticket. Very little diferance between the Dems and Repubs. Both are too busy filling their pockets with special interest money and not listening to the interests of the people.

Obviously Paul's logic and leadership approach is 100% different than your boy Obama. So which is it? Are you more concerned about environmental issues or are you more concerned about the direction our country is headed (Debt with no plan of resolving, force-placed health insurance, increase the taxes of the wealthy which you know will do NOTHING to pay down the national debt)? The tax hikes will simply be there to ensure the federal government can meet its annual budgetary needs which in 2012 is $3.79 trillion, when the requested revenue is only $2.6 trillion, resulting in a $1,100,000,000,000 (trillion) dollar deficit. If we are deficit spending to meet our annual obligations, then how does the principle balance of the US Debt get paid down, as we are currently borrowing to pay % owed on $16 Trillion national debt (apprx $400 billion in % 2011). Please explain your thought process as to how this debt will be handled or do you believe we should just disregard and keep on spending? Have you heard the term deficit spending and if so do you agree with it you dumb sh*t? If you have a $100 in your bank account, but you owe $200 in expenses, how do you pay for it? You could borrow or steal (increase taxes) to hopefully meet the budget needs. Or... you could start cutting spending and more effectively managing a budget with the current anticipated revenues. Which route would actually be dealing with a budget shortfall issue and not just prolonging the inevitable point of no return?
You may be opposed to his views, however he would NEVER force his view on you. One of Paul's main objectives was to ensure Individual and State rights (adhering to the US Consititution, Bill of Rights) to choose what is best for that states people. If you don't like what that state has to offer (pro-abortion, legalized marijuana, etc...), then you could opt to move to a different state that is closer to your views. Actually, just get the hell out of the US, as your moronic opinions will do society no good.
Eitherway, go enjoy your clean air that only Obama can provide (please understand the sarcasm) as he is obviously your lord and savior. Just be sure to keep your income low, so you dont have to pay more in taxes and can eventually collect welfare from my increased Tax. So many actually believe that through regulation our environment will get better. That if we vote in so-called progressives things will change.
Yet, they fail to relize it is their own efforts that will bring real change.
