Verrry cool.

Provides some insight as to why the song was Paperback, rather than Hardbound Writer.

It's a thousand pages, give or take a few,
I'll be writing more in a week or two.
I can make it longer if you like the style,

Hi Nita,

I find Vimeo to be slow to load and while I don't have the fastest connection, it's not the slowest either. Vimeo is pretty high quality video imagery in general, so that's why it takes a while to load. What I do is start a movie, then pause it while the whole thing downloads to my computer. Then it plays back smoothly.

Glad everyone likes this. I miss him too. Still remember where I was when he died.

Just reread the Playboy interview with him and Yoko by David Sheff (also author later on of Beautiful Boy, a great book, but tragic; now I know where the title came from). Still a great read today!

Fletcher, I was waiting tables @the Ahwahnee hotel when i heard the news...
The 4-Top I was waiting on were all crying and they told me about John Lennon's death.
i clearly remember what the four people look like.

After the shooters name was revealed, i felt so bad for neebee's brother...He has the same first & last name.

Oh man, that's right. I never made that connection! Well, the two couldn't be more polar opposites.

I was a freshman in college near Boston. I was living in a suite of rooms in a dorm. I knocked on the door of on of my suite-mates. Joe Fenter a good guy. He came to the door, emerging from the dark recesses; he looked liked he'd been recovering from a drug trip (probably was, knowing him). I told him the news and he said, that he was having a terrible day and that was the only thing that could make it worse. He closed the door and didn't exit for another day or so.

afer all, you love how you name your kids, :(

she was GLAD at least that the MIDDLE names were different...
but it was awful for her, that way, and most likely for mark, too, :(

but god's grace is good... helps cussion things...

TFPU. This Vimeo video loaded in two seconds for me. Something is wrong with systems that are taking much longer and yet supposedly have fast connections, I have to think.
