The NPR commentary was super intelligent, sharp and more balanced than any mainstream outfit. They gave Romney a lot of points too.
Repubs have been trying to pull the plug on NPR for a long time now.

Do you really think it is fair for liberal bureaucrats to give taxpayers money to an organization while other news outlets have to do it the old fashion way and earn it?
NPR has always been a propaganda front for the party of big government, the democrats. Like most of PBS they would vanish without political support.
