Yep. I may have to go under the knife again.
I've had surgery on my right shoulder,
and my other one is bothering me a whole lot.
I think it stems from a 35 foot fall I took about 6 years ago.
I never went to the Doc for it because it did get better for a while.
It's been bothering me a whole lot for the last year, and it's starting to affect my climbing and window washing.

I HOPE it's just bursitus and maybe cortisone shots will help.
Celibrex does not seem to work. I am dreading not being able to climb for a couple of months if I need surgery.

I went in today for x-rays
so the Doc will have them for Mondays appt.

It puzzles me, why x-rays when they don't show soft tissue damage.
Maybe the Doc will take an MRI when I see him on Monday

That's what's kept me climbing, Tami.
but it still hurts when I climb or wash windows, or just lying in bed.

35 foot fall

Actually, it was more likely from the landing at the end of the fall. ;-)

I hope this goes easy and well for you dude.

Cozmeek - Xrays only show the hard stuff. Like buttplugs. Not mussels or clams or , you know, barnacles.

Al the best to have good outcomes fer all this schizz. You KNOW what is a great pain killer :-D

He will be able to see arthritis with Xrays - but not as well as he would with a CT.

MRI for soft tissue.

I need to come out and climb with ya...

Riley;
It seems like a strange shoulder injury.
I have little pain if pulling down with my arm. It's when I lift my arm
or when there is an opposing force pressing against my arm when I try to lift it is when I get the SHARP pains in my shoulder.
It aches constantly though

just cut off the offending member,

you will climb better without the extra weight of that right arm,

i know a dude who can roll a doob with one hand so you should be able to learn,

can you get a drip bottle from the hospital while your in there?

and maybe a dozen or so needles?
