Still miss him to this day! Finally got down to making this little slide show video, featuring Munge and I climbing Castle Rock Spire. Brutus and I had originally planned on climbing this a year prior. I added a few shots of some early ascensionists as well as our own, which include Steve Roper, Mark Powell, John Salathe and Allen Steck. Hope you enjoy it. :)

To Brutus......you're with me on all my adventures. "Shine on you crazy diamond...."

Mooch

It says a lot about the character of a man when he is willing to take the time and effort to remember those that inspired that man in some way.

Really cool slide show and a very nice way to remember your friend.

Thanks, Mooch.

Brutus also liked little obscure things, which is how we overlapped.
He was a kick.

I sadly never got to tie in with him, judguing form all accounts here, he would have been high on my list. A reminder to treat others how we wish to be treated, as soon, all too soon, we too will be but memories for those who remain.

Take care all!

Sometimes a slideshow says more than a movie.

Very true. Brings to mind the old saying that "A picture is worth a thousand words."

Thanks for sharing.
