... with beta to share?
I've been researching it. And thinking about it.
It's a highly personal or subjective thing of course, but I think I'd be willing to sacrifice a few years off the bottom of my longevity if I could have more quality of life now, here, in the present, esp when it comes to outdoor adventure sports (climbing, e.g., barefoot waterskiing) and kicking the asses of punk 20-somethings in whatever.
Also, I have this nagging suspicion HGH along with Vit T, etc. are going to be standard tools for older males down the line (esp those who have the brains and discipline to qualify) when standards and the so-called tribal knowledge change (improve).
Any input welcome.
.....
P.S. I heard it's relatively expensive. A couple thousand a month. Can anyone verify this? Thanks.

Here's a good book on the subject. You might want to start off with GH releasers, which are natural substances that provoke the Pituitary to secret HGH.
Remember, exercise also releases Hgh !

Supplementing T, when you don't have an abnormal deficiency for your age is supposed to screw up your natural production, leaving you either always on the supps, or worse off than before if you stop the supps.
HGH studies I've read were inconclusive.
Not up for the aging gracefully bit?
Watch a lot of porn. It boosts T. HGH? Hope you live close to Mexico or have a buddy in pro sports, or a quack doctor that will write you for whatever.

Take a lot and let us know what happens. I say you increase at least 2 number grades. If you were a 5.6 climber you will definately be pulling down at least 5.8 maybe even 5.8+.

Alzedo took anabolic steroids. We're talking Human Growth Hormone here.

Oh yeah that is like two number grades per week. You will be pulling down 5.18 in approxamately 6 weeks.

I've tried some sublingual stuff. I was part of a team selling it on the Internet about 10 years ago.
It can work pretty good. Some people have amazing results.
You could pay big bucks for an MD to inject you or you could get some at a hard core vitamin store, perhaps a reputable US Internet dealer. The site I worked with is gone.
After age 25 your body quits producing it and by 50 or so you are on your own. The book Donald Thompson recommended is the bible on the subject.
I prefer to live and eat well and let mother nature take it's course.

HgH used as prescription injections are a synthetic substance manufactured in the lab and identical to HgH secreted by the pituitary.

Human growth hormone may cause a number of side effects for healthy adults, including:
* Carpal tunnel syndrome
* Swelling in the arms and legs
* Joint pain
* Muscle pain
* For men, enlargement of breast tissue (gynecomastia)
At least you'll be able to get a job as a pole dancer at the local Hoochie Coochie club when the pro athlete thing doesn't materialize.
You should note that while studies do show decreased body fat and increased
muscle mass, the increased muscle doesn't seem to translate to more strength...a double loss for a climber, you're heavier due to the muscle but no stronger and don't have great control over where the muscle mass is added.

No. You produce HgH throughout your life although it greatly diminishes starting at around age 30. In old age you are still producing the hormone but at perhaps only 5-10 % the amount you secreted at 20-25 years of age.

Sub lingual? Ah, no. Placebo effect maybe.
Some websites sell a pill form of human growth hormone and claim that it produces results similar to the injected form of the drug. Sometimes these dietary supplements are called human growth hormone releasers. There's no proof that these claims are true. Likewise, there's no proof that homeopathic remedies claiming to contain human growth hormone work.
BTW, my sources are Mayo. Not the unregulated (thanks Orin Hatch!) supplement industry or some meathead iron rat.

Anyone that knows anything about HgH knows the sublingual stuff is not effective. Its up to the individual to finds these things out and not the government. The FDA wants to make all vitamins available by prescription only.
They've been trying this for years. EU socialist drones in Europe succeeded. One needs a prescription for Vitamin C in EU countries!
