I am in the middle of a local model search for a couple of shoots.
I post casting calls on the regular places.
The women/girls (with one exception...) all send over the typical and correct info: headshot, body shots, measurements, etc.
The guys... the guys (again with one exception) think I need shots of them in a shower with a jockstrap on. And they are SERIOUS! It's not link they are yankin' me (no... strike that.) They think these shots will get the job.
Note: the one female model was not unattractive, but at only 20 I am not sure it is a good idea to submit THOSE photos to a casting call.

There is a guy who lives near me with a fairly extensively tattooed body. I posted some pictures of him on a tattoo thread, and those pictures came from his profile on the site below.
At any rate, after I posted his shots, I started to look around on this site, which is a network for models, it seems. Of some sort. I was a little surprised - it seemed to me almost more like a prostitution front in a way.
But - there are pics, for sure. And comments - any of the guys posts a pic and photographers(whose portfolios are not stunning) post "would loooove to work with you" comments and such stuff.
It was pretty gross, I thought.

Sorry, I'm too busy, but you want to contact Mark Hudon and have him line up some of the local HR talent - tons of outdoor/male models up there. Or contact Ben Moon who could also set you up with folks.
