I think you are the same James Lucas who wrote "Catharsis" for the new issue of Climbing magazine? If so, I simply wanted to pass on my compliments. You've turned into a very good writer. Write more.

I recall the posts from when you got hurt. I'm also glad you've recovered so well.

I still think James' brief story at the end of the Stonemaster's book was an incredible way to finish a great book.

Clint, I linked to his blog. I guess I sound as old as I am to say I've never really read a blog before (just never gotten around to it). You're right, and I'm right, he does write well. Keep up to good work James.

Curious too, if you read this. Was your post-injury solo of North Overhang a one-time thing or do you free solo anything else significant still?

He's been hiding up in Canada and contributing to a little project called Squamish Climbing Magazine. The article is near the end of the second issue. The legend of Pipeline continues...

Bump for one of the most loved and respected members of the esteemed Supertopo™ community. May he rise to the ranks of Burchey and Locker in a land of easily ruffled feathers and drunken CPS tirades.
