Parking for the Luther boulders is the 3rd pullout on the right after Portal Drive (while heading south on 89. It's the 2nd large pullout, but there is a small pullout between the two big ones.

The sketch in the Tahoe bouldering guide shows the 2nd pullout. This might be due to recent road construction in the area.
