nice climbs, turtle rock is great for beginners this was the first place i went bouldering outdoors

Still good but beware of the poison oak surrounding the base of the turtle. It's all over and mixed in nicely with some legitimate shrubs.

The turtle traverse is amazing and requires a lot of moves and sequences. I consider it top in my list of favorite pump traverses. Go low across the bulge on your way out and center across the bulge on your way back. That keeps it pretty exciting. I have reversed the low once, it was brutal. Feels like a 5.12 work out. Staying off the top keeps it exciting!!
