Overview

There are several clusters of boulders in the vicinity of Happy Isles (the trailhead from Half Dome). However, not much has been developed in this area. There are many boulders along the well-traveled first section of the Mist Trail. Additionally, you will find boulders lining the horse trail past (north of) the Happy Isles bridge.
